Most of you know Technology Components, Zak & Associates and Jadcor, now all part of Technology Components as a Fastener supplier. There are many services we offer to our customers everyday. Here are some simple descriptives of all we do for our customers.

Kitting
- This is the process of preparing an order for shipment. Kitting can involve light assembly, or the picking and packing of order components and collateral materials
into a “kit,” or a complete set of items ready to ship.
Re-Manufacturing
- There is a fine line between repetitive re-manufacturing without loss of identity and product overhaul. The critical difference is that re-manufacturing
is a complete process and the final product has a like-new appearance
Distribution Management

- Shipment of finished products to selected single or multiple destinations.

Scorching Heat in Texas

Mid August and we are on Day 17 of consecutive 100 degree+ temps. We might complain about the utility bills, but we continue to work closely with our customers and supplier to make sure they are getting the answers to the production needs everyday.

Technology Components Southwest of Ft. Worth Texas acquired Jadcor Fasteners of Des Plaines IL. Jadcor is an expert company in Rivnuts and Riveting applications. The Des Plaines office and warehouse is staffed by Joseph A Demali, BJ DeMali and Rita Osuch. All of the Fastening Solutions offer from Technology Components Southwest and TCS Zak Components of Maryland Heights MO will be offered.

The TCS Jadcor team have more than 25 years of helping specify and supply Rivnuts (Rivetnuts) and Avdel/Cherry Riveting solutions to the regional market.

With the addition of TCS Jadcor, Technology Components Southwest has sales responsibility for many states in the Southwest and Midwest and northern border of Mexico. These include Illinois, Missouri, Kansas, Iowa, Wisconsin, Arkansas, Texas, Oklahoma and parts of Tennesee.

Davies designs and manufactures Knobs, Handles and Cases in Thermoset and Thermoset Compression materials. Davies was started in 1933, today Davies Molding produces many sizes and shapes of Knobs, Handles and small Cases. Many of the shapes and styles are very familiar including Clamping with Bar, 3 Arm, 4 Arm and more. Fasteners for Solar Panel Installation & Assembly

Searching for methods and Fasteners to install your Solar Panels? Technology Components Southwest with the product solutions from Fath Components. We have many specialty parts to assist in assembly of Aluminum Extrusions to assemble the Solar Panels. We also can assist in installation of large solar “fields” with Galvanized Hardware, Hinges, Latches, Plates and more. Most commonly used are T Slot Bolts and T Slot Nuts for your frame installation. We have many styles and grades of Bolts, Nuts and Washers to ease your installation process. In addition to the Fath Components, we offer Nord Lock washers for extreme conditions in the field. Technology Components can deliver Clamps from KMC Stampings in Steel with Neoprene cushions or even Stainless for the worst environmental exposure. How about Stainless Steel Cable Ties and Stainless Banding for large diameter poles. You can build your own “Tie Wrap” from bulk materials. We have installation tooling for all of this.

Additionally, we bring many fastening solutions in Plastics including ITW Fastex products. Fastex products are shown on our website and information can be downloaded for reference. Fastex offers many styles of Plastic Rivets and Wire Management components.
